Accessibility Statement
We want this site to work for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification. Here is where we stand.
Last updated August 4, 2026
1. Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard commonly referenced in accessibility regulations, and it is the bar we hold this site to.
2. What we have built in
- A skip-to-content link so keyboard users can bypass the navigation
- Visible focus outlines on every interactive element
- Semantic headings, landmarks, and lists so screen readers can navigate the page structure
- Text alternatives and hidden labels for icons and decorative graphics
- Form fields with real labels, clearly marked required fields, and errors announced to assistive technology
- Every text and background pairing measured against the WCAG AA 4.5 to 1 threshold
- Decorative motion disabled for visitors whose system requests reduced motion
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and when text is enlarged
- Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menu and the appointment picker
3. Known limitations
We are honest about the gaps rather than claiming perfection. As of the date above, we are aware of the following:
- We have not yet completed a full audit with an external accessibility specialist, or testing with real screen reader users.
- Contrast has been verified by calculation. We have not yet tested against every combination of browser zoom, high contrast mode, and custom stylesheets.
- Third party tools we add later, such as chat widgets or embedded schedulers, may not meet the same standard. We will note those here when they apply.
4. Ongoing commitment
Accessibility is not a one-time task. We check new pages and components against our target as we build them, and we fix issues we find or that get reported to us. When we make meaningful changes, this page gets updated.
5. Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is hard or impossible to use, we want to hear about it. Email contact@glideui.com and include the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way. If you are using assistive technology, telling us which one helps us reproduce it.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and will tell you what we plan to do about it.
6. Getting the information another way
If you cannot access something on this site, contact us and we will get you the information or complete the request another way, including by phone or email.
