Refund Policy
Overview
GlideUI provides custom digital services, including website design, previews, and setup work. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are considered final once work has begun.
No Refunds for Completed Work
Refunds are not provided for any services that have already been performed, including but not limited to website previews, design work, setup services, or other digital deliverables. Once work has started, time and resources have been allocated and cannot be recovered.
Cancellations Before Work Begins
Clients may request cancellation before any work has started. If a cancellation is approved prior to the commencement of services, payment may be refunded at GlideUI’s discretion.

Preview and Demonstration Services
Website previews and demonstrations are considered delivered services once provided. Refunds will not be issued for previews that have been created, presented, or shared.

Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of GlideUI and are not guaranteed. Approval of an exception in one instance does not obligate GlideUI to provide refunds in the future.
